My name is Allan and I am a father, son, brother, and husband. I was born in Taiwan, lived in Perth (Australia), grew up in Glendora and graduated as a valedictorian from my high school. I earned a degree in BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from UC Berkeley, MS in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from Stanford University, and MBA from UCLA Anderson School (with emphasis in finance). I believe education will impact a person’s life and benefit our communities for many generations. Thus, I donate to local schools and colleges and have been volunteering for Arcadia Educational Foundation (AEF) since 2013. Previously, I helped with registration days, back-to-school nights, and I served as AEF President for two years.

My wife and I have two kids; my son currently goes to college and my daughter attends high school. We enjoy vacationing and eating out together and are hoping to raise a family dog one day! As one of the top 5% State Farm agencies in the nation, we have many accomplishments through helping customers protect their assets and their retirement.

Currently, I am a member of the BNI Huntington Library Chapter of Alhambra and have been a long-time resident of San Gabriel Valley.
